• I have Seven (7) years of experience as a professional Inspector
• ITA trained
• Handy Man and Commercial Building Maintenance for 25 years
• I follow TREC & NACHI's Standards of Practice
• I fulfill at least Twenty Four (24) hours of continuing education every year.
